Channa Chaat

Ingredients

  • Boiled Channa (Kabuli/Kala Channa) – 2 cups
  • Toasted Groundnut – ¼ Cup
  • Finely chopped Onion – 1 Medium Onion
  • Finely chopped Tomato – 1 Tomato
  • Grated carrot – ½ medium carrot
  • Finely chopped cucumber – ½ cup
  • Finely chopped green chilli – 1 chill
  • Lemon juice – ½ lemon
  • Mint Leaves chopped – 3 spoons (optional)
  • Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs
  • Rock salt – 1 pinch
  • Chaat Masala – ½ spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – ½ spoon
  • Cumin powder – ½ spoon.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds – for garnish

Directions

  1. Put boiled Channa, Groundnut, chopped vegetables, chilli, lemon juice, mint and coriander leaves.
  2. Add rock salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt to taste.
  3. Mix & serve.
